Our brochure shows some of the current collection, we have a comprehensive number of rugs in stock and samples of the range are available on a returnable basis. In addition to our standard collections we specialise in producing custom made rugs. We offer a full computer aided design service enabling our clients to have new designs created or any stock rug to be resized or even re-coloured to coordinate with their schemes. Design printouts can be produced in 4 days and samples can be made by hand, if required, within 4 weeks, demonstrating a section of the design in the specified quality and colours.
At Rimo Designs we offer a unique service dedicated in assisting our clients to select rugs for any interior environment. Rimo Designs offer a variety of different constructions and qualities within our product range, which we feel allows our clients to work within any budget requirement. However we are particularly proud of our use of the traditional 'hand knotted' qualities and how we have managed to apply this method of manufacture to more contemporary designs. Rimo Designs are the official rug producer for contemporary artist, Francesco Ruspoli. We are able to offer most of Francesco's artwork made in a fine hand tufted Wool quality in any size. Francesco Ruspoli was born in Paris in 1958 and was brought up from the age of 8 by his grandmother in Antibes. Francesco's title, Prince Francesco Ruspoli di Poggia Suasa, reflects his aristocratic background. His family is well known in the worlds of politics, diplomacy and scholarship as well as in the arts. An ancestor was Handel's patron. Francesco has degrees in economics and in marketing management from Nice University. He also gained a Master's Degree in set and costume design from Central St Martin in London. Painting is his first love and he has won notable prizes including the Eugene Fromentin, given to one artist only each year by the federation Latin in France; the Golden Painting prize given by the Institute of French Culture and Knight of the Art from the Italian Academy. He has recently been named on the list of New York's Museum of Modern Art. His work is exhibited regularly in France, Italy, England and New York, and is commissioned by City companies as well as purchased by private collectors on two continents.
